I also specialize in motivational skills to help people achieve their goals and create the life they want.I work to establish collaborative relationships with all of my clients to help move them towards wholeness, personal growth and transformation.
My approach is warm, empathetic and nonjudgmental and I believe that through creative critical reflection, people will think differently about their circumstances and begin to identify healthier future options.
